   Legal&Compliance Officer

【Place of Work】

   Shanghai, excellent performance can be dispatched to Hong Kong headquarters

【Work Content】

1. Review the legal affairs related to the dollar fund body and downstream investment projects, including reviewing or drafting the fund documents and investment documents, and be responsible for the daily operation of the fund, downstream project investment, exit, etc;

2. Connect with external lawyers and other service providers according to the company's business needs, and be responsible for the establishment and compliance of each entity (such as various declarations, annual inspections, etc.);

3. Review the compliance affairs and other relevant compliance work of Hong Kong licensed companies:

4. Other legal matters concerning the global development of the Company.
