【Work Content】

1. Assist in participating in fund raising activities (multi-dimensional in the early, middle and late stages), assist in maintaining the LP relationship, and sort out and prepare relevant reporting materials

2. Assist in preparing the post investment report

3. Collection and sorting of bank information and data, and in-depth research on the company and industry; Assist in preparing presentation materials, participating in sorting out meeting interviews, due diligence, etc; Other work during project promotion

4. Participate in various meetings, sort out meeting minutes, and support the writing of relevant reports

5. Assist in handling fund PR work, write PR draft, publicity poster, etc

6. Complete other related matters assigned by the project leader

【Application Requirements】

1. Bachelor degree or above from well-known universities at home and abroad, with PE/VC and investment banking internship experience preferred

2. Strict and responsible, with strong pressure resistance. Good communication skills, logical thinking ability and teamwork ability

3. Excellent English, strong data processing and writing skills, excellent PPT production and Excel data processing ability

4.Work at least 4 days a week for at least 3 months, remote

5.Internship salary RMB3000 /month
